We ship orders by express courier, both for private and business customers, normally by DHL. In addition, unless it is specified that the item is on pre-sale, we work with real stock so we will always have the item you have ordered ready to ship in the workshop.
Below we detail the shipping costs and approximate transit times for orders from individuals (to know the shipping of companies you can ask us a private consultation). The transit time is indicative, and may be affected by holidays, strikes or other circumstances beyond our company's control.
Peninsular Spain
Shipping is free for orders over 49€. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €3.95.
It will take between 2 and 3 working days to receive your order.
Delivery is by DHL, with two delivery attempts. If the recipient is not at home on the second delivery attempt, the package will be delivered to a DHL Service Point.
If you live near our workshop, you can come and pick up your order here at the times we indicate. This service is free of charge regardless of the amount of your order.
Balearic Islands
Shipping is free for orders over €59. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €4.95.
It will take between 3 and 4 working days to receive your order.
Delivery is by DHL, with two delivery attempts. If on the second attempt the recipient is not at home, the package will be deposited at a DHL Service Point.
We do not deliver to Formentera, but you can place your order and pick it up at a DHL service point in Ibiza if you wish. Please let us know in the comments which delivery point you prefer. You can see them here: see DHL collection points
Canary Islands
We ship to the Canary Islands via Correos.
The shipping cost is calculated according to the total amount of the order.
Please remember to add your ID when filling in the shipping details. It is essential for delivery to the Canary Islands.
Portugal
Shipping is free for orders over €59. For orders below this amount, the shipping costs are 5,95€.
Delivery is by DHL, with two delivery attempts. If on the second attempt the recipient is not at home, the package will be deposited at a DHL Service Point.
We do not deliver to the Azores.
It will take between 3 and 4 working days to receive your order.
Rest of Europe
We ship to European Union countries via DHL. The shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the volume of items in the cart and the country of destination. The transit time is about 5 days depending on the destination country.
For shipments to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Finland and Sweden, delivery will be made to a DHL Service Point. You can see them here: see DHL collection points
For all other destinations, delivery is to your home address, with two delivery attempts. If the recipient is not at home on the second attempt, the package will be delivered to a DHL Service Point. We ship to the following countries with home delivery: France (we do not ship to Corsica), Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy (we do not ship to Sicily), Germany, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Romania.
United Kingdom
We do not ship to individuals in the UK. However, we do ship to professionals in the sector. If you have a shop or are an importer and are interested in our products, please contact us.
