DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?

Most of the time, we do replenish out of stock items. For this reason, we recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter so that we can inform you by email when we restock an item. Sometimes we pre-sell items that are currently in production. It will appear as such on the product page and we will inform you of the shipping date.

WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE, THE WEBSITE GAVE ME AN ERROR, COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER?

SIf you receive an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, paypal or billing/shipping address. Check all the information carefully to make sure there are no errors. Click the "Place Order" button only once to avoid multiple authorisations. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact Customer Service.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT COUPON?

In the floating cart, which appears when you click on the cart logo in the header, there is a section where you can enter the discount code you have.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders are shipped within 24/48 working hours of purchase. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

WHERE IS THE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have given us and another one when we send it to you. Once it has been sent, we will keep you informed of the status of the shipment until you receive it, but please note that sometimes emails slip into your spam folder, so please check if you haven't seen the email and add us to your safe senders list. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN WHAT I HAVE BOUGHT?
